Caleb has been a licensed real estate agent and investor for 12+ years. He got into the investing business because he was seeing that many homeowners wanted a quick and less stressful transaction outside of listing their home on the market for a conventional sale, or they wanted a flexible closing time frame with low stress or urgency. He created Homebuyers SC, LLC about 7 years ago to offer this more convenient option to sellers.
Caleb is a loving husband and the stepfather of two beautiful stepdaughters! His hobbies are spending time at the beach with his family and also playing basketball and golf. He was a collegiate basketball player in Virginia from 2012-2017.
Real estate has been his passion ever since college. He built this family-owned company to help other families and create an amazing experience for homeowners!
Edward has served as Acquisitions Manager at Homebuyers SC for 6 years and has a passion for helping people. He has lived in Mt. Pleasant since 1996 and is the proud father of two amazing young ladies: Bethany graduated Clemson last year and is a financial analyst in Greenville, SC, and Samantha is a Senior at Clemson studying Graphic Arts and Finance. Ed loves to play golf and is a sports enthusiast, especially local high school baseball!
