Caleb Pearson

Founder & Owner · Licensed South Carolina Real Estate Agent

Licensed South Carolina real estate agent with 15+ years of investing experience. He is currently branded with EXP Realty Inc (License #83101). Caleb founded Homebuyers SC, LLC in 2017 after recognizing that many of his sellers wanted a faster, less stressful alternative to listing on the open market. Through Homebuyers SC alone, Caleb has been involved in over 500 purchases across Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester counties.

Caleb is a loving husband and the stepfather of two beautiful stepdaughters, as well as two adorable twin baby girls. His hobbies are spending time at the beach with his family and also playing basketball and golf. He was a collegiate basketball player in Virginia from 2012-2017.

Real estate has been his passion ever since college. He built this family-owned company to help other families and create an amazing selling experience for motivated homeowners!

Justin Teachey

Dispositions Director · Licensed South Carolina Real Estate Agent

Justin Teachey wears many hats in life - investor, entrepreneur, realtor - but the one he's most excited about is "dad." He believes that life's most rewarding investment is in family, and is grateful for the joy and fulfillment that fatherhood has brought to his life.

When he's not busy with work or family preparations, you'll often find him exploring new destinations with friends, perfecting his golf swing on sunny afternoons, or simply having fun and sharing laughs with those he holds dear.

Trust, generosity, and loyalty are at the core of who Justin is. He values the kindness he finds in others and makes it his mission to return that kindness tenfold. Whether it's in his professional relationships or personal interactions, you can count on him to be someone you can trust and rely on.
